Cranberry/Cabbage/Brussel Sprout Salad, Vegan Mac&Cheese, Chicken & Sausage
Note overlapping food: produce from Vegan salad used as Paleo base, mac/cheese shared by two of us. This is similar timewise to cooking a main dish and 2 sides in a "unified" household. :D
Easy Paleo Dinner: Paleo Chili + lazy chicken enchilada and Vegan Salad and backed potato
Tips of the day:
Tip #1 When making 2 dinners - a vegan and paleo, make the main vegan dish the paleo side dish.
Tip #2, Keep one of the simple! This will keep you out of the kitchen. Today, I made mine simple.

The Beginning
Welcome to the birth of this blog. Ahhh, yes, this blog is part of my heart. Years ago, I concentrated on a Paleo blog that got quite a lot of traffic and had great feedback from recipes, but stopped as I overwhelming felt like I was being untrue to myself. You see, as you can read on the sidebar to the right "When cultures clash", my husband is Paleo-ish and I am Veganish. When I blog about either one alone, it feels like I am only sharing part of the story. Just like all our life experiences, those blogs prepared me for this one. This blog is created to hopefully make life (and dinner preparation) easier for anyone in similar shoes as well as extend our "Paleo-ish/Vegan-ish" community. There is no demonizing of either lifestyle here. It's all about living in unity and each of us thriving where we are. Thanks for dropping by!!
